If you have opened the Free Trial dashboard, tapped around, and still felt unsure, that is common. The flow is easier once the order of each stage is clear.
The steps below cover how candidates request entry, check status, and post feedback. Receiving products is never guaranteed. Following the official sequence helps avoid early mistakes that stop a request.

Navigate to the Free Trial Hub
Sign in. In the app: account tab → More Services → Free Trial Center. On desktop, look under community. Browse current listings — inventory rotates.

Request up to 3 trial slots weekly
You get 3 application attempts each week. Unused slots expire and do not roll over. When you find an item:
- Select Free Trial on the item
- Pick the correct size
- Confirm an address in the same country as the Shein site you are using
- Press Submit
Key detail: a shipping country that does not match the site domain can cause automatic rejection.

Track status under My Free Trial
Results usually take about one week. Open My Free Trial / Application History:
- Approved — a $0 order is created and prepared for shipment.
- Failed — that entry was not chosen. You can apply again when new listings appear.

Assess the product and post your report
If selected and the shipment arrives, cover craftsmanship, design, sizing, and material. Publish a thorough review from your account — ideally within 10 days of delivery — and track it in My Report.

Check My Report and points
After you submit, open My Report to confirm the file was registered. An accepted review usually adds about 20 points. A Quality Report may add about 100 extra points. Points record history; they do not guarantee later approvals.

Rewrite the report if it is declined
If the first report is turned down, official guidance usually allows one extra attempt. Use Rewrite in My Report to expand the text, replace weak photos, and resubmit before the deadline. Leaving a Failed report uncorrected can affect later selections.
